2. Grant of Rights and Permission
 
 
By signing this release form, I ("Guest," "Participant," or "I") hereby grant to Rebel Nation Media and Broadcasting ("Company," "Producer," "we," or "us"), its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and partners, the following irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights and permissions:

 
Recording and Media Usage
 
I consent to being recorded, filmed, videotaped, photographed, and otherwise captured in audio, video, photographic, digital, or any other medium or format.
 
Use of Content
 
The Company may use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, stream, syndicate, sublicense, and create derivative works from the recordings, including:

• Full podcast episodes (audio and/or video)

• Clips, excerpts, highlights, and snippets (including audiograms, video reels, shorts, and trailers)

• Transcripts, quotes, and written summaries

• Social media posts and stories (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Promotional and marketing materials (email campaigns, advertisements, website banners, press kits)

• Sponsor presentations and commercial partnerships

• Educational, archival, and research purposes

• Any other lawful purpose related to the show or the Company's business

 
Name, Image, Likeness, and Biographical Information
 
 
I grant permission for the Company to use, publish, and reproduce my:

• Full name, nickname, stage name, or professional name

• Voice and statements made during the recording

• Photograph, headshot, image, and likeness (still or moving)

• Biographical information, professional title, affiliations, and social media handles

• Any promotional materials I provide (logos, website links, etc.)

 
This permission extends to all current and future media formats, platforms, and distribution channels, whether now known or later developed, throughout the universe in perpetuity (forever).
 
3. Scope of Use: Worldwide, Perpetual, All Media

The rights granted herein are:

• Perpetual and Irrevocable: Valid forever, with no expiration date, and cannot be withdrawn or revoked once signed.

• Worldwide: Valid in all countries and territories throughout the world.

• All Media and Formats: Includes all current and future forms of media, technology, and distribution methods (including but not limited to podcast platforms, streaming services, broadcast television, radio, internet, social media, print, mobile apps, and emerging technologies).

• Commercial and Non-Commercial Use: Includes both commercial purposes (advertising, sponsorships, monetization) and non-commercial purposes (educational, promotional, archival).

 
4. Editing and Creative Control
 
 
I acknowledge and agree that:

• The Company has full and exclusive editorial control over the recordings and may edit, cut, rearrange, enhance, distort, modify, add to, or subtract from the content as it sees fit for creative, technical, or commercial reasons.

• I will have no right to inspect, review, or approve the final edited content, promotional materials, or any derivative works before publication or distribution.

• I waive any right to claim that the edited content misrepresents me, provided the Company does not intentionally alter my statements to create false or defamatory meaning.

 
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property Ownership
 
 
I acknowledge and agree that:

• The Company owns all copyright, intellectual property rights, and other proprietary rights in the final podcast episode, recordings, and all derivative works created therefrom.

• I retain no ownership rights in the recordings, episodes, or promotional materials, except for any pre-existing intellectual property I bring to the recording (such as my own written materials, books, or trademarks), which I license to the Company for use in connection with the episode.

• I will not record, reproduce, distribute, or monetize the episode or any portion of it without the Company's prior written consent.

 
6. Promotional and Marketing Use
 
 
I specifically authorize the Company to use the recordings and my name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information for:

• Current Promotional Campaigns: Marketing and promoting the specific episode in which I appear.

• Future Promotional Campaigns: Marketing the show, the Company, sponsors, or affiliated products and services in perpetuity, including "best of" compilations, anniversary specials, highlight reels, and retrospectives.

• Third-Party Platforms: Sharing content with podcast networks, distributors, streaming services, sponsors, media outlets, and promotional partners.

• Advertising and Sponsorships: Using my appearance in advertisements, sponsor integrations, and commercial promotions related to the show or Company.

 
7. No Compensation
 
 
I acknowledge that:

• My participation is voluntary and I will not receive monetary compensation, royalties, or residual payments for my appearance or for the use of my name, image, voice, or likeness in connection with the episode or any promotional materials.

• I understand that any value I receive is in the form of exposure to the show's audience and promotional opportunities.

 
8. Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims
 
 
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• My participation in the recording or appearance on the show.

• The use, reproduction, distribution, or display of the recordings and my name, image, voice, or likeness.

• Any editing, alteration, or modification of the recordings.

• Any statements I make during the recording.

 
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any promotional materials in which I appear.
 
I further waive all moral rights, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, and any other rights of a similar nature that I may have under any applicable law.
 
9. Representations and Warranties

I represent and warrant that:

• I am at least 18 years of age (or, if under 18, this form is signed by my parent or legal guardian).

• I have the full legal right and authority to enter into this agreement and grant the rights herein.

• My participation and statements will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

• All information and materials I provide (including biographical information, photos, and promotional materials) are accurate and do not violate any third-party rights.

10. No Obligation to Use

I understand that the Company is under no obligation to use, publish, distribute, or otherwise exploit the recordings or any materials related to my appearance, and that the decision to use or not use such materials is at the Company's sole discretion.


Failure to use the materials does not affect the validity of this release or the rights granted herein.


11. Third-Party Distribution and Platform Terms

I acknowledge that the episode may be distributed on third-party platforms (such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and social media networks), each of which has its own terms of service and privacy policies.

Once published, the content may be downloaded, shared, and redistributed by listeners, viewers, and the general public, and the Company cannot control further use of publicly available content.
 
 
 
12. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement
 
 
Confidentiality: If confidential or sensitive business information is discussed during the recording, I agree to keep such information confidential unless the Company publishes it in the episode or promotional materials.
 
 
 
Non-Disparagement: I agree not to make disparaging, defamatory, or negative public statements about the Company, the show, its hosts, or the episode, except for honest reviews or criticism protected by law.
 
 
 
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
 
 
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 
 
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, or through the courts of Oklahoma, as determined by the Company.
 

14. Entire Agreement and Severability

This release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
 
 
 
If any provision of this release is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
